WDC Nexus software license agreement

Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using any software provided by WDC Nexus (“the software”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the software.

License grant

WDC Nexus grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your personal or business purposes in accordance with these terms.

Restrictions

You may not:

Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the software.
Use the software for any illegal purpose, including music piracy.
Share or sell the software to any third party.

Refund policy

IMPORTANT: Because the software can be downloaded and used immediately after purchase, WDC Nexus does not offer refunds except in cases where there is a verifiable technical error in the checkout process. All sales are final once the software has been successfully downloaded.

To request a refund for a checkout error, contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase with details of the error encountered.

Updates and support

WDC Nexus may provide updates to the software at its discretion. Technical support is provided according to the support plan purchased.

Disclaimer of warranties

The software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall WDC Nexus be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software.

Governing law

These terms shall be governed by, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to terms

WDC Nexus reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the software following any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
